A: We offer a two-year warranty for the machine. During this period, if any problems arise, we will provide the necessary parts free of charge (excluding damages caused by human error). Even after the warranty expires, we continue to provide lifetime support. If you encounter any doubts or difficulties, please inform us, and we will provide you with solutions.

Q4: What consumables are required for the laser marking machine?
A: The laser marking machine does not require consumables, making it highly cost-effective. However, different field sizes may require different f-theta lenses for marking. A: To demonstrate the marking effect, you can send us a sample or drawing. We will engrave on sample for you and provide a video on marking effect.

Q7: What are your payment terms?
A: For orders totaling less than 50,000 USD, full payment is required in advance. For orders exceeding 50,000 USD, a 50% deposit via T/T is required, with the balance to be paid before shipment.

A: Once the order is confirmed, small orders can be shipped within 3 working days, while bulk orders may take around 10-15 days.
