Machine Advantages
1. Y-Side
Except for the welding of two plates, the Y side of the machine tool is not enough to face 10 or even 20 years of high-intensity cutting work. The segmented embedded reinforcing ribs perfectly match the rigid plates on both sides to uniformize the force, making the high-strength 7/24 cutting work easy.
2.The Annealing Indispensable process of annealing for every machine tool to remove internal stress and remove the internal irregular elastic potential energy during welding. This is not a comparison that cannot be seen for over years' operating. Companies that buy and sell with one hammer will not guarantee this step.3.Aluminum crossbeam & protective layer (over 6kW) Aluminum alloy’s metal characteristics of light weight and strong rigidity are helpful to high speed movement in processing, and high flexible is beneficial to high-speed cutting of various graphics based on high accuracy.
