    Features:

    Power battery manufacturing process. Welding method and process will directly affect the cost of the battery, quality, safety and consistency of the battery. Laser welding works by utilizing the excellent directionality and high power density of the laser beam. By focusing the laser beam in a very small area through an optical system, a heat source area with highly concentrated energy is formed at the place to be welded in a very short period of time, which results in the melting of the object to be welded and the formation of a solid weld and weld seam.

    Advantages:
    1). The weld surface is smooth and even, no spatter, no defects, no cracks inside the weld, ensuring that the aluminum alloy has good mechanical properties after welding. 2).
