1.Installation and debugging:
According to the contract, our company will safely transport the equipment to the installation location
designated by the user within the specified time, and send technical service engineers to install it on site.
Under the condition that the user basically has spare parts for installation and debugging, the technical
service engineer will complete the installation and debugging of the machine within 1-2 days for the user to
use, to ensure that the installation and debugging site environment is neat, clean and orderly.
2.Technical training:
The company provides technical training. After installation and debugging, the buyer's operators will be
trained at the buyer's site or at the seller's training and maintenance center until the operator can use the
equipment normally. The main training contents are as follows:
* Training on the use of common drawing software
* Training on the use of cutting control software
* Switch machine operation procedures training
* The meaning of panel and software control parameters, the training of parameter selection range
* Basic cleaning and maintenance of the machine
* Common Hardware Troubleshooting
* Problems that should be paid attention to in operation. In addition, it also provides users with relevant
technical support for the products they produce
3.Equipment maintenance: company commitment
* The equipment is guaranteed for one year free of charge and maintained for life.
* Free technical consultation, software upgrade and other services.
* When the equipment warranty expires, lifetime maintenance services are provided.
