Q1.Before send me an inquiry on our cnc laser, it is better for you to provide me the following information:
Fiber laser welding machine has 1000w 1500w 2000w 3000w. 1000w max welding 3mm,1.5kw 4mm.2000w 5-6mm thickness,3kw for 6-7mm.
Q2. If we don't know how to use the machine, can you teach us?
Yes. We will send you manual and guide video in English, it can teach you how to operate the machine. If you still can not learn how to use it, we can help you by "Teamviewer" online help software. Or we can talk by phone,email or skype.
Q3. How long is the delivery time?
For standard machines, it would be 3-5 days; For non-standard machines and customized machines according to client's specific requirements, it would be prolong.
Q4. Quality Control:
The whole production procedure will be under regular inspection and strict quality control. The complete machine will be tested to make sure they can work very well before being out of factory. Our machine passed CE Certificate, meet European and American standard, already exported to more than 100 Countries.
Q5. Do you arrange shipment for the machines?
Yes. we can do FOB or CIF or DAP price,we will arrange shipment for you. For EXW price, buyer need to arrange shipment by yourselves.

cutting and welding use same focus lens, just need change the nozzle.it need change the focus lens when do cleaning job,more questions, we can show you user video.

1. After confirming order details, we will make Proforma Invoice for you.
2. After receiving 30% deposit will start test machine . Ensure the excellent performance.
3. After tested the machine, will pack and send out.
4. When you received the machine, there have user manual and video guide you install,operate and maintain.At the same time our engineer will provide online service.
