Laser Source

Use IPG 1000W fiber laser source, the lase source lifetime max to 100,000 hours. it will give more power, steable quality and a low maintance cost on the welding machine.

Water Chiller

The water chiller built-in a dual temperature control system, it will protect the main parts of the machine to working in a appropriate working temperature.

Wobble Laser Head

The laser head is wobble laser head, the laser spot diameter on this machine is 0.5mm, if the wobble laser head working, the welding head spot size will max to 2.5mm. That is mean the wobble laser head makes the welding interface enlarge from 0.5mm to 2.5mm. it will give more efficiency on your welding work, for instance, for a normal welding machine, it may need weld for twice, if use wobble head, one time is enough.

Protective Clip

Perhaps you have notice that, when we welding any metal, there is a clip always on the metal, actually the clip is a ground wire. only when the clip on the metal, the laser machine can be work. this device will helpful to protect human body will not hurt by the laser.

Protective Gas

Our welding machine need to connect with Nitrogen, Nitrogen is a kind of inert gas, The Nitrogen will isolated the metal from the air during the welding, it will protect the welding interface not burn to black color but keep orginal metal color.

Nozzle

We supply 3-5 different type welding nozzle along with the machine for your different welding usage.

Touch Screen Panel

7" TFT Touch Screen support English and Chinese language with multifunction and easy to operate.

Protective Lens
