Product Details

Delta Colorful Touch Screen

CNC control panel can make instructions for each part according to PLC, which is convenient for operation, quick response, and can display error alarm at the same time, convenient for maintenance.

Automatic Gluing

Hot melt adhesive is added through the glue pot, and the spiral structure is adopted to feed the adhesive, so that the sheet material and the sealing material can be coated evenly.

Advanced type of gluing unit, easy to maintain. Gluing edging unit adopt lower glue tank. Dual-screwy feeding unit, to make feeding glue convenietly and equally.

Pressing

Update press roller, new upgrade, high efficiency. Inclined small pressing roller to stick the tape on the bevel side of panel.

End Cutting

End cutting unit, cutting the exceeding edge on the front and the rear side of the panel, with high precision linear guid rail, automatic copying device and high frequency motor, make sure the end cut stable and perfect.

Fine Trimming Part With Double Saw

Fine trimming unit, with two individual high frequentcy motors,trim the exceeding edge on the top and bottom side of the panel, ensure the top and bottom side of the edge smooth and even.

The counters show the thickness of the panels, it is very easy to adjust. The stable frame design reduces the jitter of the tool during high-speed cutting, which leads to the instability of the trimming quality.

The design of the cutting edge is optimized to make the edge of the workpiece more perfect.

Scraping

It can smoothly trimmed edges for a perfect visual appearance buffing unit effectively clean off the glue residue on the edges, so that the upper and lower parts of the plate are more smooth and neat. At the same time, the size of the arc angle can be adjusted to make the sealing effect more perfect.

Sprayer Cleaning And Buffing

Buffing unit is for cleaning of the edge. Clean the finished boards with a cotton polishing wheel. Remove excess glue and smooth the end face of sealing edge by polishing. It’s composed by two independent motors and two cotton polishing wheels.
