    Professional laser control system owns super stability, anti-interference ability and adaptability; Professional laser cutting software with simple graphics drawing functions, including drawing basic primitives such as points, lines, circles (arcs), rectangles, polygons, Bezier curves, text, etc. Support DXF, NC, Part and other graphic data formats, international standard G codes. Graphics can be typeset, zoomed, translated, mirrored, rotated, lead-in
    and lead-out, micro-connection and node editing operations can be performed, thus facilitate the editing of processing graphics.
    Supporting segmented perforation, progressive perforation, and pre-perforation, and supporting the setting of separate laser power, frequency, laser form, gas type, air pressure, follow height, etc. for the perforation process and the cutting process; Supporting remote control of the system through wireless handheld box and Ethernet.
    Auto focus function
    The focus is controlled by the internal precision servo motor without manual operation. The perforation time is reduced by 80% compared with ordinary cutting heads, which is especially suitable for high-speed thick plate cutting and high-reflective material cutting. With a complete cutting process database, the operator only needs to choose the corresponding cutting parameters according to the material and thickness, making the operation more intelligent and convenient.
    Nesting software (the cutting host comes with 1 set, other hosts need to be optional):
    Professional programming nesting software, highly compatible with cutting software, rapid processing of graphic layout, and unique functions in punching and sharp corner processing. Automatic finding edge function As the position of the sheet's edge placed on the cutting table is inconsistent with the X/Y coordinates, the cutting coordinates can be confirmed quickly by this function to improve processing efficiency.

    Leapfrogging function
    Parabolic moving is used between the cutting contours, while the traditional cutting system uses
    "rectangular" motion. The system sets the take-off height and the highest height through PLC, and the contour switching process becomes "leapfrogging" automatically, which improves the cutting efficiency greatly.
    Power control function
    The analog quantity is controlled according to the axis movement speed, thus the laser power's changing is
    controlled, which ensure the cutting effect of sharp corners.
    Scanning cutting function
    For thin plates, array scanning and cutting can be realized, and the efficiency is higher.
    High-pressure auxiliary cutting gas control (optional)
    Equipped with a precision electronically controlled proportional valve servo high-pressure auxiliary nitrogen cutting system. There are three kinds of gas pressure automatic control functions.
    Alarm and detection function
    It has the functions of power failure memory, equipment operation timing, fault alarm, function detection, emergency automatic shutdown, fault isolation, fault automatic diagnosis, fault content display and so on.
    WiFi It is feasible to remote diagnosis or monitor the operation of equipment.

    Q2: Can you teach us how to use the machine? A2: Yes, we will send you guiding vedio. If you still don't konw how to use it, we can talk by phone, email or skype.
