Q1: What products and services you can provide?
A: New energy vehicles, electric vehicles, used new energy vehicles, new energy vehicle customization services.
Q2: Is your car new or used?
A: Our cars are brand new and unused. According to China's export policy, we follow the following procedure: 1. Registration in China 2. Return the license after arriving at the Chinese export port 3. The brand-new car will be exported directly to your country after the license is returned.
Q3: Do you test all items before shipping?
A: Yes, we have passed 100% testing before shipment (basic equipment testing also includes roads, climbing, raining, over-water roads, etc.).
Q4: Do you support sample shipment?
A: Yes, we support shipping samples to the port.
Q5: How do I recharge my electric car?
A: Simple-just plug it in! Each new car comes with a small charging device. Even if you have used up almost all your charge, in a mere 6-8 hours, your electric car has a full charge and is ready to go. Charge it at home overnight, or charge it at the office while you work! The charger is small enough to easily fit in a backpack or in the rear storage compartment.
Q6: What is your packing and payment?
A: Wooden case or iron frame or as per customer's specific request.
T/T, L/C, West Union, PayPal etc.

Q7: What is your shipping type and delivery time?

A: By sea
1 set sample can be shipped by LCL.
Quantity orders would be shipped by FCL.
Normally delivery time is within 15-25 days after receiving your deposit or L/C.

Q8: If your company have the ability to do OEM?

 A: We can do OEM.
Q9: How to guarantee my order after placing an order?
A: We will track your order and provide production video throughout the process. After delivery, the location of the item will also be tracked and provided to you until you receive the item. There will also be dedicated customer service to receive your follow-up feedback.
