Worktable can withstand heavy loads

table load by 800kg. This enables machining 15mm materials, with ±0.01mm accuracy, 24/7 operation and 10-year bed durability.

Reinforced frame structure & welded bed
The Wattsan frame is designed with advanced technology to avoid vibration and accelerate at high speeds. The frame is on avibrating stand, secured to a 50 cm concrete pad. Wattsan welding bed 6-15 mm sheet metal welding. Tendon bed is stable and tensile. Thickness depends on machine speed.
Fired frame
All frames are subjected to multi-stage heat treatment during the day, followed by milling. Tempering in the furnace relieves
stress from the metal frame, this ensures the "indestructibility" of the frame and a service life of 10 years or more.And 10 year
warranty.
